Mr. Chandrashekhar is a Chartered Accountant with two decades of experience behind him. After eleven years of service with the Apte Group as Vice President (Finance), he started Tutis Technologies ( formerly known as AMEX Information Technologies) in 1996. He has worked as a Financial Consultant on turnkey projects for Simplex Mills Ltd., Neha Proteins Ltd. and Twinstar Software Exports Ltd. Finance is his forte.

Mr. Aniket Jathar, a multi faceted man of ideas, heads our technology department. A post graduate Diploma holder in software technology and computing from NCST, he has over 15 years of experience in software development. He has worked with OMC Computers and Neo Computers and has been instrumental in development of impact analysis and conversion tool on the Y2K problem. His greatest strength is his ability to see the wider technology picture in IT and understand the impact of new technologies. His work in R&D for products is equally extensive. His zest for technological perfection keeps our technology department on its toes and ensures that Tutis Technologies always offers the best solutions to the customers.

Mrs. Amita Desai heads our legal department and has expertise in corporate law, RBI matters, secretarial matters, trademarks and copyrights. She plays a vital role in corporate restructuring, merger and amalgamation of Tutis Technologies with various domestic and multinational companies. She is a graduate in Commerce and holds an ACS degree.

Dr. Uday Pai a pediatrician by profession. His strengths include Human Resource Development, developing new contacts and business avenues for the company. He also specializes in institutional contacts and interacts with the financial institutions for investments in business.

Mr. Dilip is a Science graduate with an additional L.L.B. qualification and has more than three decades of business experience in various fields of business like trading and manufacturing of Dyes & Chemicals, Textile stores, marketing of yarn, Computer hardware, Textiles, diamonds and Financial services. Has extensive experience in the field of Finance and heads the finance division of the Company.
